Open Tickets

Tap the orange Open Tickets button at the bottom of the Home Screen to view all currently open orders.

Open Tickets

The header displays KIM - Open Tickets with a blue Close button.

Each ticket entry shows:

  • Order Number — The ticket number (e.g., 98001, 98002)
  • Register — The register identifier (e.g., GM3)
  • Table/Section — The assigned table (e.g., E1, D1, C3, W3)
  • Customer Name — Displayed if a customer name is associated (e.g., "LEE GI")
  • Total Amount — The current order total
  • Status — Displayed as "OPEN" in orange text

Tickets with items show an expanded view listing item names, quantities, and prices below the ticket header.

Tickets with a $0.00 total indicate that no items have been added yet, or all items have been paid.

Viewing a Ticket

Tap a ticket entry to open the full ticket screen. From the ticket screen, you can:

  • View all order items and totals
  • Add more items using + Order
  • Process payment using Pay
  • Print the ticket using Print

Closing the Screen

Tap the blue Close button to return to the Home Screen.
