Table Ordering

Table Ordering is used for managing dine-in customer orders. From the Home Screen, tap the green Tables button to access the table map.

Restaurant Floors

The table map includes section defined floors at the top of the screen.

Tap a floor to view its tables.

Table Status

Tables are displayed as rectangular buttons on the map. Their status is indicated by color:

  • Gray — Available (no active order)
  • Blue — Occupied (seated but no active order)
  • Green — Occupied (has an active order)

Occupied tables display: - Elapsed time since the order was started - Guest count in parentheses (e.g., "(3)") - Register or employee identifier

Workflow

  1. Select a Table — Tap a table on the map to open or create an order
  2. Browse the Menu — Navigate menu categories and view items
  3. Add Items — Select items and apply modifiers
  4. Review and Send Order — View the order summary and send to kitchen
