Menu 11 Online Ordering Notice

Using Online Ordering Notice setting, you may choose how the online order will send a notification to your store that online orders have been received.

1. Setting > Menu11 > Order > Notice

2 Mark the USE checkboxes on the notification method to receive a message for new orders.

There are three methods

• POS: By Default, POS notification is always on.
• Email: You will receive an email notification for the new orders. Input your email to the destination box.
• SMS: You will receive a text message notification for the new orders. Input your phone number to the destination box.

You may set up WAIT (minutes) to receive a delayed notification. You will not get a delayed notification for email or text message, if the new order has been confirmed from POS before the wait time.
