Bill

To request a bill, select BILL

A request will appear on the POS and will notify servers.

This is how the BILL request looks on the POS

Once selected on the POS, servers have the option to PRINT TICKET or CONFIRM.

Call Server
To call a server and make a request, select CALL SERVER

Select a request option from list (These options can be adjusted in the Verona Settings)

This is an example of a SERVER REQUEST for requesting a drink refill.

A request will appear on the POS and will notify servers. (See Table Kiosk Handling Request for taking care of request)
