Payment Processing

Payment processing in CloudPOS Mobile handles credit card and cash (Customer Pay) transactions with options for pre-tip and post-tip collection.

Payment Flow

From any open ticket, tap the green Pay button to open the Payment Options screen.

Payment Sections

• Payment Options — Selecting the payment method and tip timing
• Tip Selection — Choosing tip amount (percentage or dollar)
• Signature — Digital signature capture
• Payment Complete — Payment confirmation and receipt options
