TOTAL/BALANCE setting changes TOTAL and CHANGE font size.

COPY TYPE setting allows where and which copy to be displayed.

It can be displayed in Header, Footer, or BOTH.

Whether Merchant only, Customer only, or Both will be printed out can be decided.
