Menu Items can be disabled depending on its destination

1. Menu> Setting > Repository > Menu you want to edit

2. Destination Availability applied to Category will be inherited to menu items under the Category.

When item is ordered for different destination other than setting, it will show up error message and won't be able to ring up.
