Things that our Team cannot support
We try to help our customer to their success as much as possible, but sometimes there are things that we may not be able to help you, due to varies reason. Here are the most common questions we get that we aren’t able to support
- Windows setting, is not related to our POS system.
- Any network questions not mentioned in our Customer Support Guideline (see Network section)
- Otter questions that are not Menu11 setting
- Any credit card terminal questions such as but not limited to, force close, adding tip manually using the credit card terminal, VARSHEET, etc
- Any non-supported third-party hardware
- Any non-supported third-party software
