[Verona] How to disable Auto Clock Out at register close.

When the user, who has the permission to close the register, runs the Register Close, the user is going to run the clock out automatically. 

• GM : General Manager 
• JB : have permission the REGISTER CLOSE 
• YY & YYTT : have NOT permission the REGISTER CLOSE  

All users will be clock out automatically at the setting time of AUTO CLOCK OUT ALL.
